Awarded the Reagan-Fascell Democracy Fellowship by the National Endowment for Democracy. Shall begin work on “Democracy & Resurgent ‘Traditions’: A Dilemma of Governance” at NED Washington DC from October 1st, 2008 through February 28th, 2009.
