Centre for the Study of Developing Socities (CSDS) and Pakistan Institute of Legislative Development and Transparency (PILDAT) facilitated an India - Pakistan Legislators and Public Officials Dialogue on Sharing of Experiences on Governance and Democracy in Dubai on 12th December 2015.

The Indian delegation comprised members of the Lok Sabha/Rajya Sabha, Vidhan Sabha and Experts who interacted with their Pakistan counter parts from the National and Provincial Assembly, Bureaucrats and experts.

The delegation from both sides comprised with people having vast experience and knowledge in the two themes of the dialogue namely :

• a. Local Government Systems in India and Pakistan
• b. Anti Corruption Mechanisms and institutions to address the problem of corruption in India and Pakistan
