Amongla N. Jamir is an Assistant Professor at Fazl Ali College Mokokchung, Nagaland. At Present, she has done one Major Research Project as the Principal Investigator under UGC entitled “General Election Study.2009. National Election Study 2009. ”

She also has been involved in the Survey Research conducted by Lokniti CSDS namely “State of the Nation’s Survey (SONS),” and “CSDS-KAF Indian Youth Survey 2009.” She is also involved in the Education Forum of Mokokchung (EFoM) and currently the Lokniti co-coordinator of Nagaland.
